David L. Humphrey – David joined ADDvantage in April 2012 as the President and Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the board of directors in March of 2013. David has a broad range of experience as a senior manager overseeing operations, finance and mergers and acquisitions.
He has spent over 30 years in various industries, including 13 years in the oil and gas industry while working at Koch Industries, Inc., where he held senior executive level positions at various Koch subsidiaries. While at Koch, David successfully implemented several management, and sales and marketing programs that increased sales and profitability for the respective subsidiaries. He also completed several multi-million dollar acquisitions of certain assets for Koch’s subsidiaries, including a $100 million pipeline and storage system and a $90 million production plant.
Prior to joining ADDvantage, David was the Chief Executive Officer of TokenEx, an early-stage technology company focused on cyber security software, where he oversaw operations production, finance, purchasing, sales, product development and fund-raising. Prior to joining TokenEx, Mr. Humphrey was the Chief Operating Officer of Oklahoma Equity Partners (OEP), a venture capital fund, where he was responsible for all operations of the venture fund.
David was also a principal of Davis, Tuttle Venture Partners, where he was responsible for all operating aspects of a $45 million venture capital fund. David graduated with a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin and earned an MBA from Texas A&M.
Scott A. Francis – Scott joined ADDvantage in September 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer. Scott has over 25 years of finance and management experience. Prior to joining ADDvantage, he served as a controller of accounting from 2004 to 2008 at Vanguard Car Rental USA, Inc. (National and Alamo car rental). Prior to that, he served as the manager of financial reporting for WilTel Communications, Inc., a publicly-traded company, from 1997 to 2004. Scott worked at Ernst & Young for over four years, performing audits for both private and publicly-traded companies, after graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1989 with a B.S. in accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1989. Scott is a certified public accountant.
Thomas J. Franz - Tom has served as a director since 2007 and is the chairman of the audit committee and corporate governance and nominating committee. Tom is currently head of TJ Franz & Associates, a firm specializing in profitability and contract CFO consulting for small and medium-sized businesses, which he founded in 2003. For the 10 years prior, he served as Chief Financial Officer for several businesses and served in a Chief Operating Officer role as well. From 1983 to 1993, Tom held several public accounting roles for clients in the banking, government, venture capital, not-for-profit and financial services industries. Tom is a certified public accountant with a masters degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Joseph E. Hart - Joe was appointed as a member of the board of directors in August 2015. Joe has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry holding various executive level positions at various companies. From 2006 to 2014, Joe served in various executive level positions at Goodman Networks, Inc., which design, build, optimize and maintain wireless networks. Prior to that, Joe served in various executive positions at several telecommunications companies including AT&T, Fluor Daniel Telecom, IP Wireless and NorthStar Communications. Joe holds a masters degree in systems management from the University of Southern California and a B.S. degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
James C. McGill - Jim has served as a director since 2007 and is currently chairman of the compensation committee. Jim is currently the President of McGill Resources, which is a venture capital investment company, and has served in that capacity since 1987. Jim also served in various executive leadership and board of director positions of MacroSolve, Inc., which was a high technology company focused on wireless data collection, from 2002-2013. In addition, he is a board member of numerous organizations in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. During his career, McGill has received 25 U.S. and foreign patents in the field of pollution control and has extensive experience in helping to develop early-state and emerging companies. James is a registered professional engineer with a B.S. in chemical engineering from The University of Tulsa, where he graduated cum laude. He is a member of the University’s College of Engineering and Applied Sciences Hall of Fame.
David W. Sparkman - David was appointedas a member of the board of directors in December 2015. David is currently the Chief Financial Officer for a group of oil field service companies, Acid, Frac and Cement Specialists, LLC, for which he has served in that capacity since September 2014 and as a consultant prior to that. From 2010 to 2013, David was the Chief Financial Officer for Great White Energy Services until it was acquired by Archer Well Company in 2011 and then served as the North America Director of Finance. Prior to that, David was the President of a financial consulting company, Ulysses Enterprises and spent 12 years at Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group serving in various accounting and finance positions, including Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Thrifty Car Rental and Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. David also worked at Coopers & Lybrand for 14 years. David is a certfied public accountant with a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas.
David E. Chymiak – Dave is currently the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Technology Officer of the Company. In the CTO role, Dave focuses on supporting the product lines the Company currently offers in its cable segment and expanding its product offerings in the cable television industry as well as other markets.
Dave also continues his current responsibilities as President of Tulsat, which is the largest subsidiary in the Company's cable segment. Dave was a co-founder of Tulsat with his brother Ken Chymiak in 1985, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADDvantage. Dave has over 30 years of experience in the cable television industry.
